Token Issuance & Distribution
Initial Issuance & Pricing:
The first tranche issues 1 million V76 at $1.00 each, with all proceeds injected into the Vault. This sets the initial Floor Price at $1.00 per token.The remaining 999 million tokens are released annually in market-based tranches; each tranche is priced above its predecessor. All raised funds go towards purchasing
value-preserving & appreciating assets (VPAA) or qualified lending. Asset pool and loan interest enhance the Vault’s Floor Price.
Distribution Structure:
All issuance occurs via public sale—no free airdrops or giveaways.Even the issuer must acquire V76 at the public price.
